The apartment comes fully furnished (all bedding, towelling, kitchenware etc).
There is no cleaner so you are kindly asked to leave the apartment clean and tidy upon your departure. If required the services of a local cleaner can be employed for a cost of approx 25€.

For rental fees, we would ask 20% deposit within 2 weeks of making a booking and the balance to be paid in full before the start of your holiday.
Security: The main door is fully deadbolted and secure. The apartment is on the 6th Floor of the building.
